In this panel, we display averages by employee group and a breakdown of data by day.
Type of day: Each type of day is defined with a specific name and expected activity.
Activity: The time spent interacting with the computer (online time) or performing tasks offline (offline time).
Productivity: The total hours of productive work for the selected date range and group.
Focus: Time spent on the PC without significant breaks, serving as an indicator of concentration levels.
Active users: The number of active users across different types of days.
Active range: The average presence time of users within the selected group.
At the top of this panel, you have the option to filter by type of day, allowing you to display data for a specific day type, such as only working days or only days marked as remote work. By default, the information includes all day types.
This tool enables comparisons between metrics for different types of days. For example, you can compare results from remote work and in-office work.
The "Focus" metric allows you to analyze time spent on the PC without significant breaks. This can serve as a useful indicator of concentration levels and enables comparisons between in-office work and remote work.
