Project-based activity

In this panel, we display the activity reported for each work project and the percentage it represents of the total.

The "Activity by project" panel is the first one you will see when you enter Project Management software. It provides a highly visual summary of all your projects, including information on the total activity recorded for each of them. It also displays a percentage of activity dedication relative to the total.
The panel presents information, in both table and pie chart format, about:

• Project

• Total activity

• The percentage that each project's activity represents of the total

If we click on the (i) icon or on a color in the chart, a breakdown of the selected project's activities will open, organized by day, task, employee, or workgroup.

Projects - Daily usage detail

In this panel, we display the daily activity of the selected project, as well as the daily average activity for that project.

• • Date: Specific day based on the selected date filter.

  • Activity: Total activity recorded for the project based on the selected date filter and workgroup.

  • Average activity: Daily average activity of the project for the selected days, calculated according to the number of employees (Users column).

  • Users: Number of employees who reported activity in this project during the selected period.

Projects - Employee usage detail

In this panel, we display the total activity of the selected project for each employee, along with daily activity averages.

• Employee name: Name of the employee.

• Activity: Total activity recorded in the project by the employee for the selected date filter.

• Average activity: Daily average activity of the project for the employee during the selected date filter (based on the Active Days column).

• Active days: Number of days the employee reported activity in this project during the selected period.

In this panel, we display the total activity of the selected project by workgroup, along with daily activity averages.

• Workgroup: Name or identifier of the workgroup.

• Activity: Total activity recorded in the project by the workgroup for the selected date filter.

• Average Activity: Daily average activity of the project by the workgroup during the selected date filter (based on the Active Days column).

• Active Days: Number of days the workgroup reported activity in this project during the selected period.

• Users: Number of employees who reported activity in this project during the selected period.
