My organization

"My organization" includes two tabs: the "Today" panel and the "Organizational chart".

The table, by default, displays the list of employees in the company along with their current status.

It includes the following sections:

• Employee name

• The group or department to which the employee belongs

• Expected activity for the day as configured in the work calendar.

• Day type. A description of the type of day assigned to the employee in their calendar for today.

• Connected today. Indicates whether the employee has connected today.

• Status. 

• Communication channels.

The column titled "now" displays the current activity status of each employee.

The column titled "Communication" displays the available channels for contacting the respective employee. By clicking on the available icons, the configured application for each channel is launched.

In the "Today" panel within the employee's profile, the graphs showing active and connected employees, as well as the "View only those not reporting" selector, are not visible. Only the table displaying the real-time activity of coworkers is accessible.

Organizational chart

This section displays the complete organizational chart of the company, divided by departments. It includes the employee's name, position, and the available contact methods.
