The WorkMeter icon, positioned at the far-right corner of the PC taskbar, provides a convenient shortcut to a variety of features.
By clicking the left mouse button once on the WorkMeter icon, the Time Coach window appears.
This tab provides real-time information to help employees monitor the progress of their workday and assess their level of concentration or focus while performing tasks on the PC.
If the project management software is available, double-clicking the WorkMeter icon opens the project rules editor.
This window contains a list of all projects created by the administrators.
Hovering over the icon displays information about the project currently being worked on, the reference of the PC being used, and the user's name.
If you right-click on the WorkMeter icon, the following options will appear:
If the project module is enabled, all configured projects available to users will be displayed, with the current active project highlighted in bold. Additionally, the rules for each project can be configured by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to each project.
Clicking this option stops the time tracking, and the system ceases recording the time spent in front of the PC.
This option allows users to start a break. Once the break is over, and depending on the minimum time configured, a pop-up will appear prompting the user to specify the reason for the break. This is done by selecting from various options predefined by the Administrators.
If the project management software is available, the "Options" section is divided into: Use project colors, Return to default project, alert: Too much time on a project, detect projects. The last three options allow setting an activation timing or disabling them. If the project management tool is not available, this window will only display Language and Show notifications.
Clicking this option redirects the user directly to their account.
