In the side panel of the tool, you can expand the "Projects" section and access the Event log. The Event log allows you to view all events that have taken place in a specific project.
If our permissions are set to administrator, the panel we will see is as follows:

Depending on the permissions we have, we can view:
Projects/tasks/subtasks: Ability to see when they were created, deleted, closed, or opened.
Comments: View, add, edit, and delete comments.
Files: View files, add new ones, modify comments, and delete files.
Expense notes: View, add, modify values, and delete expense notes.
As an administrator, we can view all existing events and projects, while as an Employee, we can only see those assigned to us. Both Administrators and Employees can add comments, upload files, create expense notes, and apply filters.
We can filter by one or more projects and one or more types of events. To filter, simply click on the following panels and select the desired project and event type. Once this is done, click on apply filter.
The Event log panel can be filtered by dates using the options in the top-right corner, but it cannot be filtered by people or departments.
If we click the button located in the upper-right corner of the screen, we can add a comment to any project we choose. When the button is clicked, the following popup will appear.
In the Comment box, we write the content we consider appropriate. To specify the project where we want to place the comment, we open the Project dropdown menu and select the desired project.
Once this is done, click Save, and your comment will be successfully published. Comments can only be added to projects, not to a specific employee. If you add a comment and want to see it immediately, you must include today's date in the date filter.
If we click the button located in the upper-right corner of the screen, we can add a file to any project we choose. When the button is clicked, the following popup will appear.
To indicate the project where we want to place the file, we open the Project dropdown menu and select the desired project.
Once this is done, click Send, and your file will be successfully uploaded. Files can only be added to projects, not to a specific employee.The maximum file size allowed is 5 MB.Supported file formats are: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and TXT.
If we click the button located in the upper-right corner of the screen, we can add an expense note to any project we choose. When the button is clicked, the following popup will appear.
We can select the project where we want to enter the expense note by clicking on the project dropdown menu. In the expense note section, we enter the amount of our expense, and in the date panel, we specify the exact day of the expense.
Additionally, we can add a comment detailing the expense and upload a file of up to 5 MB. Valid formats for the file are PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF.
Once this is done, click Send, and your expense will be successfully submitted. Expenses can only be added to projects, not to a specific employee. Pending expense note validations will appear in the notifications section, located in the side panel, where they can be either accepted or denied.
We can set a specific amount above which an expense note requires authorization from the Administrator(s). To do this, simply go to the Settings > General options section located in the side panel of the tool.
In the next section, we enter the amount above which authorization is required and click Save.
