Below, you will find detailed guidance on the main panels that make up our software:
The date filter is located in the upper right corner of the screen and allows you to select different date ranges. Some predefined time periods are available and adjust automatically when selected. Examples include: Today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, and last month.
To select a specific day, set it as both the start and end date in the calendar. If the date range is less than a day, the data will be displayed in hours; if it exceeds a day, it will be displayed in days.
Employees are organized into groups and subgroups. To view data for a specific group, select it from the dropdown menu. Once selected, the values corresponding to all members of the chosen group, including employees in its subgroups, will be displayed.
If you want to view data for a specific employee, select them in the date filter. The selection will be highlighted with a blinking indicator, prompting you to adjust the selection to proceed.
If you know the group to which the employee belongs, simply click on the group's name to list all its employees, allowing you to select the specific employee.
If you cannot locate the employee, you can search for them by typing their name in the search box. If there are multiple matches, you will be able to choose from the list of results.
Data can be filtered by device type and based on the selected dates. The data will update as soon as you click "Apply filter."
In all panels displaying data tables, you can move and hide columns to organize the information in your preferred order. The configuration you set will determine how the data is exported. To move a column, drag it by its header. To hide a column, click the "Columns" button to access a list of fields you can toggle to show or hide.
Below, you’ll find two videos demonstrating how to perform these actions:
All panels offer the option to export data in multiple formats: PDF, CSV, and Excel. When exporting to Excel, the data is displayed in hours and seconds. To convert the data into hours, simply add a new column next to the desired data and divide it by 3,600.
To print a report for a specific employee, select the employee, set the start and end dates to the corresponding month in the filter, and export the report as a PDF.
