The "Summary" panel offers a customizable dashboard. The user can choose which highlighted panels are displayed when opening the application.
The panels can be deleted, resized, and moved around the dashboard to fit the user's needs.
Note:The icon at the bottom right of all the panels in the "Summary" section allows the user to expand or reduce the panel according to their preferences.
When clicking on the "Widgets" option, a pop-up window appears that allows you to add or remove the sections displayed by default on the dashboard.
By default, this dashboard displays different widgets depending on the user's permissions.
The graph shows the expected activity and the actual activity, highlighting whether the established work schedule has been met. The panel is divided into hours (vertical) and days of the week (horizontal).
A graph that displays the different projects you have worked on and the percentage of time spent on each.
Vacations and absences: Quickly access your personal calendar.
Add activity: Edit the activity for your workday.
Edit projects: If you have the WorkMeter project module, it allows you to quickly access the panel to edit the time spent on specific projects.
Applications: With one click, access the applications panel to analyze your performance and productive time.
Help: Access support and assistance for any queries or issues.
A table that displays the types of days assigned to each employee, the total number of these days, the consumed days, and the remaining days.
Note: Each company can configure the types and balance of days according to their needs and/or collective agreements.
It displays the proposals made by the employee and their status, meaning whether they have been approved or not.
Examples: Calendar change validation, activity validation, productive proposal, etc.
Percentage of actual activity versus expected activity, also represented in hours.
A graph showing the most used applications, also represented in percentages.
A calendar for the entire month where the types of days are displayed in colors.
In this dashboard, we show you:
Validate calendar change: By clicking, you will quickly access your notifications panel and see only the requests related to calendar changes, as the content table will be pre-filtered.
Validate activity: You will also access the notifications panel, but in this case, you will see only the requests related to activity changes.
Vacations and absences: This will allow you to quickly access the group calendar, where you can view vacations, absences, and other types of days for the employees in the company or the group under your responsibility.
Incidents (Calendar): You can quickly access the incidents panel, which shows any scheduling errors in employees' calendars. For example, employees who have reported less work time or unjustified absences, etc.
View time tracking: This will allow you to quickly access the visual schedule panel by employee.
Incidents (Productivity): You can quickly access the incidents panel that shows any scheduling errors related to employee productivity. For example, employees who have reported less work productivity.

Employees who have logged in today: Total number of employees who have logged in and reported data during the current day.
Employees who are active right now:Total number of employees who are currently logged in and reporting data.
Note:By clicking on the "Activity of Today" graph, you can access the "Today" panel.
After a maximum of 25 days, pending notifications will no longer be visible in this summary.
Summary of productivity levels for a period and the selected groups.
Percentage of activity and productivity versus expected, divided by groups and departments.
Active users are also displayed.
It provides a summary of the averages for the main time indicators collected by the software for the workgroup and the selected date period.
The graph allows you to visualize:
The average active range time.
The average daily activity.
The portion of average activity related to work on the PC.
The portion of average activity related to work away from the PC.
The average of the expected times for all subgroups included in the group.
In "Summary," you will find a widget that shows how many managers and employees have accessed the application and the number of times they have done so in the last 30 days.
