The "Summary" panel provides a customizable dashboard view. Users can select the highlighted panels displayed when opening the application.
Panels can be removed, resized, and rearranged within the dashboard to suit the user's needs.
Note: The marker located at the bottom-right corner of all panels in the "Summary" section allows employees to enlarge or reduce the panel size according to their preferences.Â
When clicking on the "Widgets" option, a pop-up window appears, allowing users to add or remove the sections displayed by default on the dashboard.
In this dashboard, different widgets are shown by default depending on the user's permissions.
The chart displays both expected activity and actual activity, showing whether the established schedule has been met. The panel is divided into hours (vertical axis) and days of the week (horizontal axis).
A chart displaying the various projects you have worked on and the percentage of time dedicated to each.
Vacations and absences. Quickly access your personal calendar.
Add activity. Edit the activity of your workday.
Edit projects. If you have the WorkMeter projects module, this shortcut allows quick access to the panel for editing the time spent on specific projects.
Applications. With a single click, access the applications panel to analyze your performance and productive time.
Help. Access support and guidance resources.
A table displaying the types of leave available to each employee, including the total number of days, days used, and days remaining.
Note: Each company can configure the types and balance of leave days according to its specific needs and/or collective agreements.
The proposals submitted by the employee and their status, whether they have been approved or not, are displayed here.

In this dashboard, we present:
Validate calendar changes: Clicking here gives you quick access to the notifications panel, showing only requests related to calendar changes. The content table will be pre-filtered for ease of review.
Validate activity: This shortcut also takes you to the notifications panel, but it displays only requests related to activity changes.
Vacations and absences: Quickly access the group calendar, where you can view employees' vacations, absences, and other types of days for the company or the group under your supervision.
Incidents (Calendar): Quickly access the incident panel that highlights scheduling errors in employees' calendars, such as unreported work hours, unjustified absences, and more.
View time records: This shortcut takes you directly to the employee's visual time-tracking panel.
Incidents Activity): Access the incident panel showing productivity errors, such as employees reporting lower-than-expected productivity.

Reports
Employees connected today: The total number of employees who have logged in and reported data during the current day.
Employees currently active: The total number of employees who are currently logged in and reporting data in real time.
Note: Clicking on the "Today's Activity" chart redirects you to the "Today" panel for a more detailed view.
After a maximum of 25 days, pending notifications will no longer be visible in this summary.
Summary of activity levels over a period and in selected groups.
Percentage of activity and productivity compared to expected, divided by groups and departments
This section also displays the number of active users.
It provides a summary of the averages of the main time-related indicators collected by the software for the selected workgroup and date range.
The chart allows visualization of:
The average active range time.
The average daily activity.
The portion of average activity corresponding to work on the PC.
The portion of average activity corresponding to work off the PC.
The average expected activity for all subgroups within the group.
In the "Summary" section, you will find a widget that displays how many managers and employees have accessed the application and the number of times they have done so in the last 30 days.
