My organization has two tabs: the "Today" panel and the "Organizational chart".
The table by default displays the list of employees in the company and their current status.
This table includes the following sections:
Employee name
Group: The group the employee belongs to.
Expected activity for the day: As configured in the work calendar.
Day type: Description of the type of day the employee has configured in their calendar today.
Connected today: Shows if the employee has logged in today.
Status
Communication channels
The column labeled "Now" shows the current activity status of each employee.
The column labeled "Communication" displays the available channels to establish communication with the corresponding employee. By clicking on the available icons, the configured application for each medium will open.
From "General options," it is possible to configure the visibility of the "Today" panel.
This setting allows or limits the visibility of the "Today" panel to employees. If visibility is allowed, it should be configured whether employees can see the information for the entire organizational chart or only for their group and subgroups.
In the "Today" panel within the employee's profile, the graphs for active and connected employees, as well as the "View only those who are not reporting" selector, are not visible. Only the table showing the real-time activity of coworkers is visible.
In this section, the complete organizational chart of the company is displayed, divided by departments. It shows the name, position, and the means through which employees can be contacted.
