Transparency and privacy

The software does not read the contents of documents or applications, nor does it take screenshots; it only detects the user's interaction with the PC and their usage time.

The worker is always aware if the product is running and measuring. The data is available to them, allowing them to understand their level of compliance, productivity, and efficiency, and improve their own time management.

Data collection is automatic; however, the solution allows the employee to stop or activate data reporting to track their time whenever they wish.

Based on the duration of the workday or holiday periods, the system notifies the worker to disconnect or recommends NOT responding to emails outside of working hours.

It tracks the hours worked regardless of the schedule, facilitating remote work and flexible hours. It notifies the employee when they have completed their workday.

It promotes the health and well-being of the employee by calculating work hours and breaks, and sends alerts if they have been using the PC for too long, encouraging them to take a break, stand up, and look away from the screen.

The company defines which applications and websites are necessary for the employee's work. Managers will only receive details of the time spent on these. The rest of the information is private and exclusively reserved for the employee, who can also request that an application be marked as productive.

The software is capable of tracking the time spent on websites visited by employees. However, if the incognito mode option is used, the system will not record the website name, allowing for completely private browsing.
