You can view notifications in the upper right corner next to the filter. There, you will find a bell-shaped icon indicating the number of pending notifications to be validated. By clicking on the notifications icon, a panel will open where you can review and validate them.
In this panel, the administrator or group leader can review, accept, or deny calendar change requests and activity edits.
Within this panel, there is also the option to view "Pending Only" to view the entire history of both accepted and rejected requests. You also have the option to view "Only by Parent Groups," which allows you to see notifications from the highest-level groups (for the Administrator, this will be the Everyone group, and for group leaders, the highest-level groups). This option can remain enabled or disabled according to your preference.
Within the notifications panel, a persistent selector has been implemented that allows you to choose how notifications are displayed based on your level of responsibility and viewing needs. This selector displays the following options:
View -My Notifications: Shows only notifications assigned to you directly.
View -My Notifications and those from my parent groups: Includes both notifications assigned to you and those from the managers of the first-level groups you manage.
View -All: Shows all notifications, both those assigned to you and those from all groups you manage.

There is also an option to search for notifications directly using the search bar located in the upper right corner. For example, you can use it to filter only activity edits, a specific employee, or an entire work group. As you type, only the options matching your search will be displayed.
In activity validation notifications, we provide the balance of accumulated activity or productivity hours over the last 120 days compared to the expected hours.
The balance will be calculated based on either productivity or activity, depending on how the calculation of overtime hours has been configured in the general options.
You will be able to export notifications, both pending and historical, in various formats.
