The purpose of this panel is to display the hour balance for each employee and each day within a specific date range. The software always calculates the hour balance based on the employee's actual activity, not on the active range of time.
Date: Specific day.
Employee Name: The name of the employee.
Activity: Total activity for that day.
Expected: The daily activity expected as configured for the group to which the user belongs.
Hour Balance: Total activity or productivity hours during the selected period minus the total expected hours for the same period.
In the hour balance report, you will find various filtering options at the top of the data table.
You will see three filter buttons:
Last 30 days
4 months
Current year
When accessing the panel, the selected date filter is applied automatically. If you select one of these three buttons, the filtered period will update accordingly.
You will also find a "SLIDER FILTER"
This filter complements the selected date or period filter.
By default, it displays positive hour balances (from 0 hours to the maximum). Adjusting the slider allows you to view negative hour balances, filter between specific ranges, or customize the analysis based on your requirements.
The purpose of this report is to identify opportunities for improving work-life balance for employees by analyzing and minimizing the active range to the time strictly necessary for their role.

Active range: Presence time, calculated by subtracting the start time from the end time
