Project

The active range time is calculated based on the start and end times of activity detected by Project management software (first event and last event of the day). Typically, the first event corresponds to turning on the PC and logging in, while the last event corresponds to shutting down the PC.

Activity 

"Activity" refers to the time spent interacting with the computer. In the context of Project management software, it represents the time actively working on projects.

Forecasts

This is a Project management software panel that shows the real-time progress of each project compared to initial estimates.

Cost

This is the monetary cost of your projects. It is calculated by entering the hourly cost of each employee involved in the project.

Billing

Represents the amount you will invoice for your projects. It can be calculated in two ways: by entering the billable hourly rate of the project or specifying the billable hourly rate of each employee involved in the project.

Margin

Represents the profit you will earn from your projects. It is calculated as the difference between the billing amount and the costs incurred for the projects.

Activity editor

You can add activity outside the PC and link it to your projects, such as meetings, commercial visits, phone calls, etc.

Conditional rules system
