Here is detailed help on the main panels that make up our software:
The date filter appears in the top right corner of the screen and allows you to select different date ranges. There are some predefined time periods that automatically adjust when selected. These examples include: today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, and last month. To select a specific day, choose the desired date as both the start and end date in the calendar. If the date range is less than a day, the data will be displayed in hours; if the range is longer, it will be displayed in days.
Employees are grouped into groups and subgroups. To view the data for a specific group, select it from the dropdown menu. From that point, the values corresponding to all members of the selected group, as well as employees in its dependent subgroups, will be shown.
If you want to see data for a particular employee, select them from the date filter, and it will highlight in a different color with a "blinking" effect to indicate that the selection needs to be changed to continue.
If you know the group to which the employee belongs, simply click on the group name to list all its employees, allowing you to select the specific employee.
If you cannot find the employee, you can search for them by typing their name in the search box. If there are multiple matches, you can choose from the available options.
Data can be filtered by device type and the selected days. The data will be updated when you click on "Apply Filter".
In all panels where data tables appear, you will have the option to move and hide columns to view the data in the desired order. The configuration you make will determine how the data is exported. To move a column, drag it by the title. To hide a column, click on the "Columns button", and a list of fields will appear that you can hide or show.
Below, you will find two videos that will show you how to do this:
All panels have the option to export data in various formats: PDF, CSV, and Excel. When exporting to Excel, the data appears in hours and seconds. To convert them into hours, simply add a new column next to the data you want to convert and divide by 3,600.
To print a report for a specific employee, you should select that employee, set the start and end date for the month in the filter, and then export it to PDF.
