The productivity map is configured for each workgroup since certain applications may be considered productive for one group and not for another. For example, in the online marketing group, Facebook or Twitter are typically productive, while in asccounting or Sales, they are considered non-productive.
To change an application's configuration, simply toggle the "switch" — green indicates productive, and yellow indicates non-productive.
Applications that have not been configured will appear as non-productive by default. Use the search bar to find a specific application.
You can filter applications using the view only unconfigured option to display those that have not been defined by your organization. It is recommended to configure these whenever their use is significant.
Any changes made to the productivity map will have a retroactive effect. The changes will apply to previous data to ensure all information remains consistent.
