Our tool allows you to manage the compensation of days for employees in your organization.
If an employee has remaining vacation days from the previous year, a clickable box will appear next to the "Compensated" column, allowing them to select it. Then, they must click the "Compensate" button to perform the action and make these days visible in the current year's calendar.
Thanks to this panel, it will be possible to organize and update each employee's calendar automatically, as well as identify who has days to be compensated or who has already been compensated.
It is important to note that:
Compensation can only be applied when filtered by year and day type.
It is not possible to compensate more than one type of day at a time.
Employees who have already been compensated or who do not have any days to compensate cannot be compensated.
