This panel helps you monitor potential time deviations from your initial forecasts for each project and the actual data recorded to date.
Project: Name of the project.
Start date: Date when activity tracking began for the project.
Planned end date: Expected end date of the project (this information is set when configuring a project).
Remaining days: Number of days left until the planned end date of the project.
Projected end date: End date predicted by the tool based on the project's current trajectory and planned hours.
Deviation: Displayed in days and can be:
Negative: The project will finish X days earlier than planned.
Positive: The project will take X days longer than originally planned.
Planned time: Total hours expected for the project (this information is set when configuring a project).
Consumed time: Total hours spent on the project to date.
Remaining time: Hours left to complete the project (Planned Time - Consumed Time).
Important notes about this panel:
Only projects with a defined planned end date are included, and forecasts are generated only if a planned time in hours is specified.
Time data is displayed in hours per project.
The data in this panel is not influenced by filters for dates, groups, or employees.
Expired projects (those exceeding their planned end date) are highlighted with figures in red to indicate overdue status.
