The data available in the table can be viewed by day, by employee, and by groups.
In this panel, we show daily totals of the devices used and a breakdown of the data by employee.
Employee name
PC device: Total hours of activity with the PC for the selected date filter.
PC device %: Percentage of hours of activity with the PC for the selected date filter.
Offline device (PC): Total hours of offline activity outside of the PC for the selected date filter.
Offline device (PC) %: Percentage of hours of offline activity outside of the PC for the selected date filter.
Others: Total hours of activity with other devices, such as Android or through the mobile app. Other devices can also be integrated.
Others %: Percentage of hours of activity with other devices, such as Android or through the mobile app. Other devices can also be integrated.
Total: Total hours of activity from the three previous columns (PC + offline + others) for the selected date filter.
In the graph, the green line shows the activity trend by device for the selected period and indicates whether the productivity of our organization is increasing or decreasing over time. Additionally, the icon at the top quickly tells us if the trend is upward or downward. This icon can be especially useful when the productivity trend of our organization has remained very stable over time, and the green line does not show a noticeable variation at first glance. By simply looking at the icon, we can immediately know if our activity is increasing or, on the contrary, decreasing.
