The purpose of this panel is to visualize the hour balance for each employee and day within a specific date range. The software always calculates the hour balance based on the employee's actual activity, not on the active range time.
Date: The specific day.
Employee name: The name of the employee.
Activity: The total activity recorded for that day.
Expected: The daily expected activity configured for the group to which the employee belongs.
Hour balance: Total hours of activity or productivity for the period minus the total expected hours for the selected period.
In the hour balance report, you will find various filtering options at the top of the data table.

When entering the panel, the selected date filter is automatically applied. If you click on one of these three buttons, the filtered period will update automatically.
You will find a "SLIDER" filter.
This filter is applied in addition to the selected date or period filter.
By default, it displays positive hour balances (from 0 hours to the maximum). By adjusting it, you can view negative hour balances, filter between two ranges, etc., depending on the desired analysis.
The purpose of this report is to identify work-life balance opportunities for employees by analyzing and aiming to reduce active range time to what is strictly necessary for their job.

Active range: Presence time, calculated by subtracting the start time from the end time.
Activity: Total recorded activity for that day.
Expected: The daily expected activity configured for the group to which the employee belongs.
Opportunity: Calculated by subtracting the daily expected activity from the active range time.
In this panel, you can view the scheduled reports you have enabled from your profile.
To view the disabled reports, simply drag the toggle until it turns blue.
